The Annual Facet Awards is a new concept from the stable of FACET MAGAZINE, an inter-campus publication based in University of Lagos (UNILAG). Its maiden edition will cover only tertiary institutions in Lagos, that is; UNILAG, LASU, YABATECH, LASPOTECH, FCE-AKOKA, PROJECT TIME, ACOED, LACOPED, NOUN, RONIK, GRACEPOLY, WOLEX & LAGOSPOLY.

It is expected to serve the following purposes:

• To appreciate the gigantic efforts of people who play active roles in all spheres of human endeavours.

• To establish a platform of bringing the who-is-who in Nigeria closer to the youths.

• To establish a medium of fostering unity and peaceful co-existence of the Nigerian youths.
